Vix not frightened enough

Investors can bet on market volatility as a hedge against it. Robin Wigglesworth, capital markets correspondent, says the famous gauge of volatility, the Vix, Wall Street's 'fear index', should be more frightened considering the behaviour of its European counterpart, the Vstoxx.
