BBA 'risk' to public

Gary Gensler, chairman of the US Commodities Futures Trading Commission - the body responsible for the lion's share of the fine issued to Barclays bank for Libor manipulation - says the public should not be left at risk of unregulated bodies like the British Bankers Association, the organisation charged with overseeing such rate setting.
