Monti's debt mountain to climb in Italy

The FT's capital markets correspondent Robin Wigglesworth warns that Italy's ability to service its debts is looking shaky again, as reflected by a spike in its short-term borrowing costs. He says that markets are looking to premier Mario Monti for decisive action.
