Tax in UK discouraging overseas employees

Aveva, the computer-aided design company, has grown to become the second-largest software group in the UK by market valuation. However, Richard Longdon, chief executive, explains to technology correspondent Maija Palmer how the UK tax regime is discouraging it from attracting overseas talent.
