URS optimistic on US manufacturing

URS chief executive Martin Koffel tells Martin Dickson, the FT's US managing editor, that he is optimistic about the future of US manufacturing. He says moves toward energy independence and declines in real wages will bolster US domestic manufacturing capabilities. He also says that while US infrastructure funding is uneven across America, it is in better shape than people think.
