Riot police clash with protesters

Reuters: The overnight moves in Ukraine by hundreds of black-clad police with visors and helmets were the biggest step the authorities have taken so far to disburse weeks of protests against President Viktor Yanukovich, although it was not clear whether they were prepared to use full force.
