Autogrill: ethical eating takes off

Gianmario Tondato is chief executive of Autogrill, the biggest travel catering company by sales, supplying food and drink to airports and service stations around the world. He talks to the FT's Seb Morton-Clark about where he is seeing healthy traffic and how travellers' eating habits are changing.
