World reaction to Russian troops in Crimea

Russia's ambassador to the United Nations claims that former Ukrainian president Viktor Yanukovich asked Russian President Vladimir Putin to send troops into Crimea to help restore order. Others on the UN Security Council condemn Russia's actions.
