Swiss universities – barriers to entry?

Switzerland is not part of the EU and has now introduced quotas for migrants. Could these be barriers for European students? Winfried Ruigrok, dean of the Executive School at the University of St Gallen, tells Della Bradshaw about challenges facing the school.
