Eurozone QE – good or bad for Bunds?

Mario Draghi may be reluctant to introduce quantitative easing to the eurozone, but the markets remain on tenterhooks. James Mackintosh, investment editor, says that if the ECB were to start QE, it could have the strange effect of being bad news for government bonds.
