Fiat – in the fast lane?

Fiat Chrysler has announced a five-year plan to increase vehicles sales by more than 2m, which would make it one of the world's fastest-growing carmakers. Henry Foy, the FT's motor industry correspondent, asks Lex's Joseph Cotterill whether Fiat can afford its ambitions.
