Japan's bond market on edge

Haruhiko Kuroda, Bank of Japan governor, keeps saying he is not bothered by a drying-up of trading in Japan's ¥854tn ($8.4tn) government bond market. But, says Ben McLannahan, Tokyo correspondent, those actually in the market are more concerned.
