Oil markets unmoved by Iraq

Events in Iraq have barely jolted the oil market. Neil Hume, commodities editor, tells John Authers that markets are sanguine because the insurrection remains far from the centres of Iraqi oil production, but warns that risks of a much higher oil price are growing.
