Bolt from the blue

The 2015 International Detroit Auto show was meant to be all about pickup trucks, SUV and sport cars. Instead, the muscle vehicles have been elbowed out by a $30,000 plug-in electric car aimed at middle America: the Chevrolet Bolt. The FT's Andrew Sharman reports.
