Young Chinese entrepreneurs bite into NYC

Hoping to take advantage of a growing Chinese population in the NYC, young Chinese entrepreneurs are launching start-up operations in the US. While the American-Chinese market is widening, the business owners are finding it difficult to convince those outside of this demographic that their businesses can steal greater market share.
