Southeast Asia grapples with migrant crisis

A humanitarian crisis that has left thousands of Rohingya migrants stranded at sea prompted a temporary offer of refuge from Malaysia and Indonesia. However, the problem of people smuggling is far from being resolved. The FT's Michael Peel reports.
