Odd reaction to Ahold/Delhaize merger

European supermarket groups Ahold and Delhaize have confirmed their €25bn merger. But for a deal hailed as a merger of equals the market reaction, with shares in the smaller Delhaize dropping, is unusual. Lex's Lucy Colback and Oliver Ralph discuss why this might be.
