Oi chief says Brazil will recover

Bayard Gontijo took over last year as chief executive of Oi, one of Brazil's biggest telecoms groups, with a mandate to cut costs and transform its balance sheet. He tells the FT's Daniel Thomas that the country will recover but it needs political and tax reforms.
