Carney's carbon concerns

Having been in the UK for a couple of years now Mark Carney, Bank of England governor, is worrying about the weather, or more precisely the impact on the producers of fossil fuels of cutting carbon emissions. Pilita Clark, environment correspondent, explains why to the FT's Giles Wilkes.
