Lending Club assuages risk concerns

Renaud Laplanche, chief executive of the 'marketplace lender', shrugs off the departure of Santander from his platform, saying he was able to replace the Spanish bank 'pretty much overnight'. He adds that Lending Club is adding new bank partners to protect itself and says that 'we definitely are' as regulated as traditional banks.
