Hideo Sawada is chief executive of HIS Travel, one of Japan's largest travel companies. He is also the owner of Huis Ten Bosch, a surreal Dutch-themed park in Nagasaki. He discusses Japan's growing tourism industry with the FT's Leo Lewis.
