Davos 2016 — Swiss elephant in the room?

Many of last year's Davos delegates failed to anticipate the commodities rout and capital flow reversals that followed. The FT's Izabella Kaminska says by focusing on emerging markets and oil-producing states, they are ignoring a problem closer to home.
