Basel sets banks new capital rules

Sep 13, 2010 : After months of wrangling, the long-awaited Basel III package of banking reforms has finally been agreed by global banking regulators. The new rules will force banks to hold more capital, in an attempt to avoid another financial crisis. Brooke Masters, chief regulation correspondent, talks to Daniel Garrahan about whether the reforms go far enough.
