Restaurant consolidation begins

The much-awaited consolidation in the UK’s restaurant sector kicked off on Friday with two deals worth a combined £50m, that will see Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Real Greek, and Ha-Ha Bar & Grill all move to new ownership.
