Hands humbled by EMI fraud case

Guy Hands has lost the multibillion dollar battle of reputations he started when he sued Citigroup in December over the takeover of EMI. Martin Arnold, private equity correspondent, tells Daniel Garrahan that the whole case has been an embarrassing failure for Mr Hands.
