Pension funds drive rising ESG adoption

Remy Briand, global head of index and ESG research at MSCI, says pension funds are driving the adoption of ESG strategies. He says ESG helps with managing low frequency, high impact events such as an oil spill or a nuclear accident, but over the long term there is evidence that it also outperforms.
