Riots hit UK economy when it's down

Centres of retail across the UK are reeling from three nights of looting and vandalism that spread through the country earlier this week. Seb Morton-Clark visits some of the afflicted areas and reports on the risk that the damage and lost business hours pose to an already fragile economy.
