Passera: Banking system safer now

Stronger capital rules and stricter liquidity requirements have made the banking system safer now than before the financial crisis, according to Corrado Passera, chief executive of Intesa Sanpaolo. But he tells Rachel Sanderson, Milan correspondent, a level playing field still doesn't exist in Europe.
