SEC: more cases against banks coming soon

Kenneth Lench, chief of the Structured and New Products Unit in the SEC Division of Enforcement, tells the FT’s Kara Scannell that they expect to open a “handful” of cases related to mortgage-backed investments that preceded the financial crisis.
