Foreclosure crisis scars communities

Nov 6 2011  President Barack Obama has received criticism for his response to the housing crisis, but one aspect of his jobs plan would create a $15 billion fund to rehabilitate vacant homes and businesses in blighted communities hard hit by foreclosure.
