YTL CEO: China must improve rule of law

Francis Yeoh, chief executive of Malaysia's YTL Group, with interests from water companies to luxury hotels, tells the FT's Rahul Jacob that for infrastructure investment he prefers the rule of law in countries such as the UK over growth prospects in China.
