The BP spill: to settle or to sue?

Nearly two years since the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico, more than 200,000 businesses and individuals have taken compensation. But more than 100,000 others are still pushing their claims against BP in court. FT energy editor Ed Crooks reports from New Orleans.
