A warning from emerging markets

Emerging markets have been underperforming, even as US equities do very well. Either we have been through a regime shift and the dollar, the US economy and shares will all move in line. Or, says investment editor James Mackintosh, emerging markets are flashing a warning signal for the rest of the world.
