Volvo's big push in China

Apr 24 2012  It might have come late to China, but Volvo is aiming to increase sales with 10 new models tailored specifically for the country's drivers planned by 2017. At the Beijing Auto Show Stefan Jacoby, chief executive, tells the FT's John Reed that sales in China are offsetting flat performance in Europe and that the Chinese-owned brand will open its first factory in Chengdu next year.  (3m 8sec)
