Vitol: Oil price stubborn short-term

Speaking at the FT's Global Commodities Summit, Ian Taylor, chief executive of Vitol Group, the world's largest independent oil trader, says that despite efforts the price of oil is unlikely to fall in the near future. He tells Javier Blas, commodities editor, that if gas can be bought in to the transportation sector he would expect a balancing of prices.
