El-Erian: central banks dominate

The global economic outlook is very worrisome, says Mohamed El-Erian, chief executive of Pimco, the global bond asset manager. He tells John Authers, Long View columnist, that we are likely to see a continuing overdependency on central bank policy, which will prove largely ineffecitve for promoting growth.
