Luxury’s bargain basement

Oct 12 2012  Each year, outlet retail in the UK attracts hundreds of thousands of shoppers keen to find a deal on designer goods. Generally found in out-of-town shopping centres, now the London borough of Hackney wants to set up its own outlet village.
