China buys into widescreen and 3D

Nov 11 2012  After a summer of soft box office sales in the US, Imax chief executive Richard Gelfond tells the FT's media editor Andrew Edgecliffe-Johnson that in other parts of the world, cinema is doing very well. After more than a decade in China, Mr Gelfond says at the end of this year the group will have more than 100 theatres in China.  (5m 39sec)
