FSA cracks down on fund managers

Ed Harley, head of asset management supervision at the UK's Financial Services Authority, tells FTfm's Ellen Kelleher that managers must get their houses in order and improve how they deal with conflicts of interest. Areas of concern include misuse of clients' commissions to pay for research and execution services.
