Saga of US-listed Chinese groups

Dec 5 2012  Shares in Chinese companies listed in the US continue to fall after the Securities and Exchange Commission launched administrative proceedings against the Chinese affiliates of the big four auditors - Deloitte, Ernst & Young, KPMG and PwC - and BDO for refusing to produce audit papers on Chinese businesses under investigation for possible accounting fraud.
