Carney's UK strategy

Things are looking up, according to Mervyn King's final inflation report for the Bank of England. Gavyn Davies, chairman of Fulcrum Asset Management, tells Long View columnist John Authers that the strategy of his successor Mark Carney may well borrow a lot from the US Federal Reserve.
