Fifteen arrested in Belgian terror plot

Fifteen people have been arrested in raids in Belgium against suspected Islamist militants. The FT’s EU correspondent Christian Oliver reports from Brussels on the suspects’ alleged links to the large number of fighters who have left the country to fight in Syria.
