Egypt’s new anti-terror law

FT Cairo correspondent Heba Saleh reports on a controversial anti-terrorism law approved by Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi which imposes harsh penalties on crimes ranging from speech deemed to incite violence to forming, leading or funding a terrorist group.
