ECB explains its next round of stimulus

The US Fed might be on the cusp of raising rates but the European Central Bank remains in easing mode, adding another round of stimulus in the eurozone. Peter Praet, ECB chief economist, tells the FT's Claire Jones what he hopes the stimulus will do.
