Activision’s Bobby Kotick: full interview

Bobby Kotick is the chief executive of Activision Blizzard, which is the worlds largest video game publisher. This week Activision’s new “Call of Duty” game broke an entertainment industry sales record by bringing in $360m in its first 24 hours. Mr Kotick says growth in the gaming industry has outpaced other entertainment sectors as the gaming audience has widened in emerging economies while smartphones, tablets and social networks have attracted older players in developed economies.
