Spain closer to bail-out on rating threat

Spain could be moving closer to a eurozone bail-out, says David Oakley, capital markets correspondent, following the threat today of another government bond downgrade by rating agency Moody's. The size of the bail-out, he warns, would move the eurozone crisis to a critical level.
