Top Republican rules out compromise on budget

To curb America’s long term fiscal woes, Mr Sessions lauds the upcoming House Republican proposal, but says the chances of a bipartisan deal to cut entitlements is slim because of a failure of leadership at the White House and among Senate Democrats.
