Norway enters the Arctic oil battle

The elements are extreme, but, as more accessible oil reserves dwindle, Arctic energy fields are starting to be developed. The FT's Nordic bureau chief, Andrew Ward, filmed his visit to the world's most northerly city to assess Norway's role in the battle for resources -- and political influence -- in the polar region.
