Latin America could be heading for a crisis

Mauricio Cardenas, the director of the Latin American initiative of the Brookings Institution, tells the FT's John Paul Rathbone that the current boom in Latin America will 'probably not last.' Mr Cardenas says governments are not saving enough and suffering from 'excessive complacency.'
