Regulatory over-reach?

Jun 1 2011 Once again regulation will be foremost in people's minds at the annual International Derivatives Expo (IDX) which gets under way next week in London. Anthony Belchambers, chief executive of the Futures and Options Association, one of the organisers of IDX, says regulation is moving too fast and has become too complex. He explains to Jeremy Grant how 'must haves' should be interpreted in a more practical way that's easier to implement. (5m 19sec)
